Pseudo-doppler aided cancellation of self-interference in full-duplex communications

In this work, a novel scheme is proposed to enhance the self-interference (SI) cancellation in full-duplex communications. Beyond conventional SI schemes that rely on suppression, our exploits periodic antenna switching generate pseudo-Doppler effect, thus completely removing at fundamental frequency. way, desired signal readily obtained through low-pass filter. For purpose of performance evaluation, capability defined as difference between output signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) and input SINR. Theoretical formulations numerical results validate aided has higher than suppression schemes. Moreover, impact achieved by influence timing practical implementation are investigated, further substantiate validity cancellation.
